1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders Can Be processed within 5 day But Usually Shipped The Same Day Or Next!  (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number from Shopify once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping & priority shipping Through USPS

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Can Take 3-7 Business Days But Usually Arrives Within 2-4 days based on location and weather conditions & business days.
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on location.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the  USA Only.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number from Shopify.
  • You can track your package directly on the shipping carrier’s website or through the link provided in the email.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If there is an issue with your address, contact us immediately. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact admin@ihatesnkrs.com within 30 days.
